I’m Megan Bush Granson, principal and founder of Inbloom. For over 20 years, I honed my talents as a rainmaker and a change agent at a combination of for-profit and non-profit entities, raising funds, leading teams, and guiding strategy.
Connection has been a throughline in my career: bringing people together, and connecting ideas to outcomes. In 2014, those connections created Inbloom and I am proud to lead this team. Our crackerjack roster includes experienced professionals from an array of disciplines, with varying life experiences, achievements and competencies. When we sit down with a client, we bring fresh ways of thinking and doing. We’re partners and problem solvers. We see around the corners. And we leave clients with sustainable plans for ongoing success.
I founded Inbloom because I wanted to make a difference — throughout my career, I’ve built relationships with a number of extraordinary professionals, all looking to do work that matters. I also encountered multiple nonprofits, for-profits, and entrepreneurs struggling with obstacles. Inbloom solves problems by connecting talent to need. Together, we can make amazing things happen.
