Megan Bush Granson
FOUNDER + CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Megan knows that making a sustainable positive impact — in life and in work — is possible. She proves it every day in her work with colleagues and clients at Inbloom. Through her experiences as a business development and fundraising professional, Megan saw the opportunity to support organizations in moments of change and brought together a team of passionate, accomplished, conscientious, smart, and thoughtful professionals to serve them.
Megan has over 25 years of experience working with non-profit and business leaders to achieve organizational goals. Her areas of specialization are partnerships and collaborations, business launch, business development, prospect solicitation/fundraising and sales, portfolio creation and management, capital campaigns (including feasibility studies, planning, training, and leadership development), special and major gift strategy, corporate philanthropy, and events. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Development at Cleveland Institute of Music and Director of Major Gifts at Yale University during the $3 Billion Yale Tomorrow Campaign. She has studied in Chile, China, and India.
Megan also teaches nonprofit leadership in the graduate program the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.
Megan lives in Cleveland with her husband, their two daughters, and two pups, Honey and Baker. They are active members of their church and involved in community projects.

Michelle buhr
FUNDRAISING + BOARD RELATIONS + VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT
Michelle is a successful nonprofit professional with 20 years of experience supporting a broad spectrum of mission-focused organizations that make the world - and Inbloom - a better place. Her areas of specialization include board engagement and training; capital campaign design and implementation; feasibility analysis; messaging and communications strategies; training and development; annual giving strategies; and stewardship and donor relations designed to inspire transformational giving.
Michelle has previously supported the organizational goals of Yale University, the University of Houston, the Smithsonian Institution, and the National Defense University Foundation. At Inbloom, Michelle has supported a broad spectrum of community-based nonprofits such as the Chris Kyle Frog Foundation, Boot Campaign, Alaqua Animal Refuge, Ocean Studies Charter School, the Wiregrass Museum of Art, the Junior League of Cleveland, and The Center for Health Affairs (amongst others).
As the spouse of a retired Army service member, Michelle's career has taken her to 10 states in the past 20 years. Michelle views this experience as honing her ability to analyze and understand new organizations quickly and to build rapport easily with the each of the unique team cultures and working styles we encounter in the clients we serve.
Michelle resides in Florida, where she lives with her husband and new rescue dogs. She enjoys hiking, Pilates, and being lazy on Saturday mornings.

Kellie emrich
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS + SOCIAL/DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Kellie is a Social Media Marketing Professional with a passion for helping small businesses and nonprofits thrive in the digital environment, using her talents for Inbloom clients. She began her career at Lubrizol Corporation for 10 years in Marketing and Operations Management before becoming an Associate Professor of Marketing at Cuyahoga Community College and completing her Doctorate in Business Administration in 2014.
Kellie is innovative and resourceful while thinking outside of the box to create solutions that are actionable and sustainable. Kellie is driven by seeing the results that marketing can generate for a business and nonprofits, and transferring her knowledge into educational programs. Kellie writes about Social Media Marketing in her blog www.thesocialprof.com/blog where she shares resources and simplified techniques targeted to make implementing social media marketing easier.
In her spare time, Kellie can be found reading a good novel, exercising with her dog Penny or most likely spending time with her family including two teenage children.

Toni holloway

Toni believes, "The mission is our north star."
Toni is a seasoned development strategist and marketing professional who brings two decades of experience to the table. With expertise, she has shaped impactful digital fundraising campaigns, driving engagement, donor cultivation, and stewardship for clients. Toni is a results-driven professional who has met fundraising goals and crafted impactful campaigns with multi-stakeholder organizations like Howard University.
With senior-level client management across diverse sectors, including Fortune 100 corporations, NGOs, small businesses, government, and higher education, Toni excels in planning integrated marketing campaigns and can utilize research results for actionable insights. As a former VP of client experience, Toni is solution-oriented, emphasizing exceptional client and donor-centric experiences. With a BA in communication and an MA in applied communication theory and methodology, Toni blends academic prowess with practical acumen to forward mission-based goals and objectives.
Active in civic affiliations, Toni contributes to committees and boards, aligning with her dedication to diversity, inclusion, and community service. Current and past board and committee service includes Laurel School for Girls, the National Democratic Club, the C.A.S.E. Awards Committee, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the Women's Community Foundation, Cleveland Bridge Builders, and Playhouse Square Partners.
After 18 years in Washington, DC, and Atlanta, Georgia, Toni recently returned to Cleveland, Ohio. Often fueled by Starbucks, she values personal development, integrity, empowering contexts, authenticity, and a good dose of humor.

Erin Toohey Naso
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS + SOCIAL/DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Erin is a seasoned communications professional with more than 20 years of agency experience. She started her career in Public Relations and Public Information at Whelan Communications for pivotal Cleveland transportation projects including the Cleveland Innerbelt Study, Euclid Corridor Study and Opportunity Corridor.
For more than 15 years she has partnered with a variety of Cleveland-based PR, Marketing and Advertising firms working on non-profit, government, B2B, consumer, retail, restaurant, banking, legal and startups clients. Notable work includes Summit County Board of DD, Cleveland Adoption Agency, Koinonia, Arts & Culture Issue 8, sin tax Issue 7, STERIS, Dunkin’ Donuts, Pier W, Marriott, Citizens Bank and more.
In tandem with her PR & Marketing career, Erin invented, bootstrapped, and brought to market The Hanger Valet – a daily outfit organizer. Launched in April 2020, The Hanger Valet sold out more than four times and landed prestigious press like Real Simple magazine, Crain’s Cleveland Business as well as in international influencer gift guides.
Erin lives in Brecksville with her husband and two children. She serves on the Executive Board for the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Middle School PSO and is the incoming Girl Program Director of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights Youth Lacrosse Club. When not reading, writing or 5K racing, Erin can be found cooking for as many people she can fit around a table.

KATE NEWSOME
RESEARCH + TECHNOLOGY + POLICY
Kate specializes in support for Inbloom project management, systems design and implementation, program design and analysis, evaluation, qualitative data analysis, strategic planning, content and toolkit development, and nonprofit management. With a robust background in research and public policy, she is experienced in using strengths-based approaches to effect change. She has a decade of experience in the nonprofit world, from grassroots to government.
Kate is committed to finding the technology and engagement solutions to empower people, communities, and organizations.

KELLY RUDLOFF
EVENTS + VOLUNTEER & BOARD RELATIONS
Kelly brings her talents to Inbloom after involvement in the Cleveland nonprofit community in professional, volunteer, and board roles for over 20 years. She has worked in both development and program areas, as well as served as Executive Director.
She has extensive experience in volunteer management, event planning, fundraising, programs, recruitment, and board development in a variety of organizations. Her event management expertise is wide ranging to include in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, all with a focus on achieving fundraising and marketing goals.
Kelly is committed to the Greater Cleveland community and is passionate about engaging youth and young professionals in community service. She is a founding member of the Shoes and Clothes for Kids Associate Board and current chair of the SC4K Board of Directors.
Kelly lives in Brecksville with her husband and three active daughters.

Arlene Watson
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS + FUNDRAISING + STRATEGIC PLANNING
Arlene brings to Inbloom over 20 years serving business and nonprofit clients, guiding teams in the development of powerful visual identities, leading strategic plans and producing measurable successes for clients. Arlene was founding Principal and Creative Director of Möbius Grey LLC, a strategic graphic design and marketing communications firm. There she served clients such as Eaton, Cleveland Clinic, Goodyear, Kent State, RTA, Cuyahoga County, and the State of Ohio. Arlene moved her business acumen to the nonprofit sector where she served as Director of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs at Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, and was responsible for fundraising and the design and implementation of strategic goals for the Museum.
She has also served as Director of Public Programming, Education and Outreach at FRONT International, Local Conference Director for the National Dance/USA Cleveland Conference, and Executive Program Director for The Soul of Philanthropy Cleveland. In those capacities, Arlene managed the development and relationship strategies to operationally position these organizations for visibility and fundraising success.
She is a recipient of the Crain’s Cleveland Business Forty Under 40 award, a German Marshall Fund Marshall Memorial Fellow, and the Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland Distinguished Marketing and Sales Executives award.
Arlene is originally from New York, and recently relocated with her husband and three boys from Cleveland to Savannah, Georgia.
